Its flat, wide belly and optimized eye position let it climb over protruding weeds without lifting the rod—just reel through. This head design also helps maintain depth at a distance and rise easily near your feet, increasing bite opportunities.
To improve hook-up rates during low-activity periods when bites are scarce and often short, the brush guard is kept to a minimal 7 strands. You can even remove the guard entirely thanks to the head’s snag-resistant shape.
