O.S.P BLITZ MAX PLUS DR is a fixed-weight deep-diving crankbait engineered to effectively target depths of approximately 5 to 6.5 meters (16-21 ft). Unlike moving-weight crankbaits, its fixed-weight design delivers a more responsive and lively swimming action, quicker recovery after contacting cover, and faster startup performance, all of which contribute directly to increased catch potential.
To overcome the traditional casting limitations of fixed-weight deep divers, O.S.P focused on maximizing casting stability and distance. The lure combines a carefully refined body and lip design with an ultra-low center of gravity, allowing it to maintain a stable flight posture and achieve long casts despite its deep-diving capabilities.
The lure features O.S.P's Honeycomb Super HP Body, which reduces the weight of the ABS resin body while maintaining strength. A low-mounted molded lead weight in the front and an exposed high-density tungsten weight in the rear concentrate the center of gravity for improved balance, quick action startup, reduced rolling during casting, and light retrieve resistance.
In deep water, the BLITZ MAX PLUS DR produces a tight yet highly detectable vibration that is easily transmitted through the rod. Its quick recovery after deflecting off structure, combined with a high-pitch, lively action and carefully balanced buoyancy, allows anglers to perform technical deep-cranking presentations even at the 6-meter range.
