Ryugi TC KEEPER is designed to be heat‑shrunk onto your hook.
When heat is applied, the tube contracts while the adhesive inside melts, securing it tightly to the hook. The split‑tip design provides strong holding power for soft baits. The tapered cut on the opposite end prevents the bait from tearing when rigging. Suitable for use as a trailer keeper on jig heads, rubber jigs, and spinnerbaits.
Instructions & Precautions:
Shrink the tube using a hair dryer or similar heat source, and set it as shown in the diagram. If your hook has a built‑in bait‑holding barb, shrinking the tube over it will further reduce slippage. When using a lighter, do not expose the flame directly to the product, as it may burn. After shrinking, allow the tube to cool to room temperature without applying pressure. Applying force while the material is still hot may cause deformation.
